I Have Been Sick For Almost 1 Year And I Have Had Numerous Test. My Primary Car Doctor Gave Up And Said I Am At A Loss. Beth Studied My Records For Two Weeks And After Some Blood Work Figured Out What Was Wrong. I Have Never Met A Doctor With Has Much Conviction For Her Profession. To Be Honest I Didn't Know Doctors Like Her Still Existed. Most Patience Feel Like A Number, Almost As If Your Like A Herd Of Animals Being Pushed In And Outnas Fast As They Can To Meet Their Numbers. Not With Beth!!

I've Meet Several Doctors And Dr. Milligan Is By Far The Best. She Takes Time To Listen And She Is Very Intelligent And Her Knowledge Shows When She Is Treating You. Outside Of The Doctors Office She Is Still Just As Great Of A Person. Will Keep Her As Long As She'll Have Me And Continue To Refer Everyone I Can To Her!

The Best!! My Family And I Live In Jonesboro, And Still Make The Drive To Lr In Order To See Dr. Milligan. She Is Very Caring, Understanding And Trust Her Totally With My Family.

I Managed Dr. Milligan's Medical Practice For Eight Years. She Was A Very Caring And Thorough Physician Who Loves Her Patients. She Was Wonderful To Work With And Only Left For Retirement.

I Have Recommended Dr. Milligan Many Times To Friends And Family. She Took The Time After My First Visit With Her To Research Information About My Disease And Then Followed Up With Me Letting Me Know That She Was Totally Interested In Caring For Me. I've Been Able To Depend On Her When The Disease Comes Out Of Remission And I Receive Her Immediate Attention. She Keeps Abreast Of Any New Info On My Disease So She Can Treat Me Appropriately.

Whenever I Go In To Dr. Milligan's Office, She Always Takes The Time To Explain Things To Me. I Never Feel Like 'cattle' When I'm There As I Have In Other Dr's Offices. I Feel Very Comfortable Talking To Her And Telling Her Why I'm There. Wonderful Doctor!
